At about 47 minutes in, John mentions the use of air soft in training being something the industry should do more of. About 30% to 40% of my total rep's are with high quality, green gas clones of my carry pistols in conjunction with 40%-50% being dry fire and around 20% live fire. There is virtually no instruction on incorporating air soft into our training except in law enforcement. I would like to see more in the civilian training realm.
