Hearing that the FBI doesn’t provide a single leadership class for its people is simultaneously the most surprising and terrifying thing I have heard on this podcast to date. Being able to skillfully differentiate how and when to lead or manage is, in my mind, the single most important skill for any person in any profession which involves interpersonal interaction.
