Does Your Soul Need Refreshed?
A conversation to breathe, reset, and strengthen what matters most.
Hi friends,
Are you running on empty—or just sensing it’s time to revisit the things that keep you grounded, nourished, and filled up day to day?
I want to invite you to a special Defenders LIVE group call happening Saturday, November 29 at 3pm Central. During this call, we’ll explore what Scripture reveals about a refreshed soul—what it feels like, how it’s strengthened, and the rhythms that help us sustain that renewal in real life. We’ll also talk about what it looks like when our soul is depleted, how to recognize it early, and how God leads us back to rest, clarity, and peace.
This won’t be a formal Bible study, but we will be drawing wisdom from Scripture. You’re welcome to open your Bible with me if you’d like, but there’s absolutely no pressure—come as you are.
To help us start with something light, here are five easy icebreaker questions. Pick any one to answer when we begin:
What is a family tradition you love, and what makes it meaningful?
What’s a meal you love to eat but absolutely hate making?
What movie, show, or book do you revisit when you want comfort?
What simple thing brings you joy right now—a sound, a routine, an object, etc.?
What is your favorite smell—and why?
By joining this call, you’re giving yourself the gift of pause and reflection. And your presence—your perspective, your kindness, or even your quiet listening—might be exactly what someone else needs to refresh their soul.
A Zoom link will be sent to all paid subscribers a few hours before the call.
If you’re not currently a paid subscriber, you’re invited to become one and join us. We’d love to have you in the room.
See you at 3pm Central on Saturday, November 29.
